Our ultrasound gender determination accuracy is impeccable. We are currently at 99.99% accuracy, which is higher than most blood tests on the market!

A 2D ultrasound is the standard black and white image which we use to look at the profile and internal structures of the baby.

A 3D ultrasound allows us to see the surface of the baby’s face in a still image.

A 4D ultrasound is a surface view that you can see in live motion. You can see the baby yawn or move their hands.

HD refers to a special software package that allows us to see baby’s features more clearly, along with special lighting features.

Yes and Yes!! Bring your loved ones with you! We welcome you to bring up to 10 guests with you. We are also wheelchair/stroller accessible.

Lastly, with. your Babyflix account, you are able to live stream with family that are not able to make the appoinent.

Insurance does not pay for the ultrasound that we perform. Our ultrasounds are for your enjoyment and do not replace any diagnostic ultrasound you may have.

Some FSA and HSA plans may reimburse you for your elective ultrasound. Check with your employer to be sure.

Give yourself a little extra time to get here, in the event of traffic or other situations that would cause you to be late.

Be sure to fill out your registration form online. If you prefer, you can arrive 10 minutes early and fill it out in the studio.

Depending on the package that you have booked, you will be in the office for approximately 20-45 minutes from the start of your appointment time.

Most of the time, if you follow our Tips and Tricks and you are at the optimal time in your pregnancy, we can get some really awesome pictures and video!

If the quality of the picture is affected by baby’s position, we can employ several methods to encourage movement. If we run short on time, we can reschedule you for a second session for free. There are some other factors that can be beyond our control, but a great session can still happen. If your BMI is in the higher range, it will affect the quality of the image. Our GE Voluson E6 has technology that will overcome this better than any other machine on the market. Our goal is to get you the best images that ultrasound can achieve!

Ultrasound has been used to see into the womb for over 35 years. No adverse effects have been found. As trained sonographers, we utilize the same safety rules as we would in any medical setting.

Mum’s the word! We are experts at keeping the gender a secret. Please let us know your preference before we begin your session.

Please note that the images and videos we've sent to you are available for download for 48 hours from the time your email is sent. After this period, the files will no longer be accessible as we do not store any images or videos.

For safekeeping, we strongly recommend downloading your files within this timeframe and saving them on a USB drive or another secure storage device to ensure you don't lose these precious memories.
